Does each distance need to be done all at once? Or, can the 10K, 10 miles and 13.1 miles be done in smaller increments, 3-4 miles at a time until you reach the full distance? Thanks

Tthe half marathon challenge is a progressive race challenge that includes training plans and coaching to complete four race distances: 5k then a 10k then 10 miles and finally a half marathon. Also included with the training plans and coaching is the medal, swag and access to our private half marathon challenge Facebook group that gives you access to exclusive tips and training.. access to Coach Guy and our community of other runners in the half marathon challenge!

You can take as long as you need to complete each segment, whether you run or walk, but the training program is for a period of 16 weeks.

Are you allowed to complete the challenge in one month? Example: Week 1 - 5K Week 2 - 10K Week 3 - 10 miles Week 4 - 13.1

Yes! Like all of our virtual races, they are designed so that you can complete your race (or races) whenever, wherever and at the pace that you want. So, you can absolutely complete your challenge in one month.

When Is the start and end time frame? Once you complete one milestone do you start over to next or do you keep going from where you ended?

Each of the races is done separately, not cumulatively. When you register you will receive a 4-month long training program, created so you can achieve all 4 milestones within that time.

Hi. I dont know how this race works. Is it completed via multiple cummulative runs? Or 1 run of 5k, 1 run of 10 k and so on?

This virtual race is completed by running a race of each of the four distances separately, not cumulatively, so you are progressively increasing the distance of a race. After you register you will receive an email with full instructions.
