Depending on the race package you build, the entire process can take place in as little as 1 week. Typically, from the date your mock-ups are approved, our team has your registration page live on our site within 1-2 weeks.
Can I make a free race for participants?
Deﬁnitely! You can pre-pay for a discount code applied at checkout to zero out the price of your race. We can add additional redemptions as needed, so you only pay for what you need.
Does my race have to be a single day?
No. You race can span a weekend or even an entire month! The duration of your race is up to you. Give participants the opportunity to run when they want, where they want. By having your event span across multiple days, you enable a greater turn-out for your event.
What if I don’t have a logo for my race swag?
No problem! Our graphic designers can help you create the perfect logo for your race swag for a small art fee. Tell us what you have in mind and let our designers harness their creativity to create your perfect race logo.
When should I begin marketing my race?
Now! The earlier you start marketing your race, the larger audience you will reach. Typically we recommend having your registration open for at least 2 weeks before your race. Having your race registration open for 4 to 6 weeks prior to your race
is ideal though.
How do I determine my race proﬁt?
Calculating your race proﬁt is simple. Your race proﬁt per participant is the diﬀerence between the race price you set and the cost of your race swag.

How do I know how many participants have signed up for my race?
We can get this number for you at any time! Race registration counts are updated each morning, so we have an updated registration count every day.
Once a participant registers, when will they receive their race package?
Once a participant registers for your race, their order is fulﬁlled within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS.
What if I wanted to create teams for my race?
We can definitely create teams for your virtual race! We would need to know the number of teams you want to include and the names of each team before we create your race registration page. Once built into the page, a participant can select their team when registering for the race. The teams can be seen on the race recap page results as well!
What happens if more/less participants than anticipated?
Depending on the race package you build, all our orders are fulfilled on demand, so you do not need to know the exact number of race participants you will have. This means you won’t pay for swag you do not need!
How can my participants interact with each other in the virtual race?
Your participants can post pictures, check race stats and chat with each other using our live chat function on your dedicated race page.
