How quickly can I set up a virtual race?
The entire process can take place in as little as 1 week! Typically from the date your mock-ups are approved, our team has your registration page live on our site within 1-2 weeks.
What is the cost to me to host a virtual race? Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
The only cost to you to create your virtual race is a small, one-time set-up fee. This fee covers the creation of your race swag mock-ups, hosting your dedicated race registration and recap pages on our site, and handling/fulfillment of all race orders. While we do not offer specific discounts for non profits, we will ask for a copy of your tax-exempt forms to ensure do not have to pay tax on your race fee.
Does my race have to be a single day?
No. You race can span a weekend or even an entire month! The duration of your race is up to you. Give participants the opportunity to run when they want, where they want. By having your event span across multiple days, you enable a greater turn-out for your event.
What if I don’t have a logo for my race swag?
No problem! Our graphic designers can help you create the perfect logo for your race swag for a small art fee. Tell us what you have in mind and let our designers harness their creativity to create your perfect race logo.
When should I begin marketing my race?
Now! The earlier you start marketing your race, the larger audience you will reach. Typically we recommend having your registration open for at least 2 weeks before your race. Having your race registration open for 4 to 6 weeks prior to your race is ideal though.
How do I determine my race profit?
Calculating your race profit is simple. Your race profit per participant is the difference between the race price you set and the cost of your race swag. PROFIT PER PARTICIPANT = RACE PRICE — SWAG PRICE
How do I know how many participants have signed up for my race?
We can get this number for you at any time! Race registration counts are updated each morning, so we have an updated registration count every day.
Once a participant registers, when will they receive their race package?
Once a participant registers for your race, their order is fulfilled within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS.
How do I market my race?
Marketing your race is up to you. Our graphic designers will provide you with an image of your race swag that you are welcome to use to help promote your race! Social media is a great option to promote your race, and you can even encourage participants to share their race experience with a unique race hashtag or #GoneForaRunVirtualRaceSeries
Is there a way people can make a donation to my organization?
While we cannot accept donations directly on our site, we are happy to include a link on your registration page! Simply provide a URL to your donation site, and we will gladly add it to your race description.
