The Tortured Runners 5K/10K is a race that embodies the endurance and resilience of runners, celebrating the challenges they face head-on. From hitting the 'wall' to conquering hill repeats, black toenails, and embracing the intensity of fartleks and chafing, runners have endure it all. The tagline "All's fair in the love of running" encapsulates the shared passion and camaraderie among participants who push beyond their limits, embracing the journey and celebrating their resilience. Join us for the ultimate test of mind, body, and spirit, and emerge stronger-all in the name of the love of running.

By running this race, you will support Girls On the Run. Girls on the Run is a physical activity-based positive youth development (PA-PYD) program designed to strengthen 3rd - 8th grade girls’ social, psychological and physical skills and behaviors to successfully navigate life experiences.
