Whole Cyber Human Initiative is a 501(c)(3) focused on workforce development research. They have set up a fundraiser drive to build a competitive scholarship to cover the cost of up to $400 certification tests. They offer an array of services to include their 100% free training pipeline based on NIST NICE Framework available to anyone of all ages and anywhere in the world.
Currently there are over 714,000 roles listed on Cyberseek.org of unfilled roles in this trade and Whole Cyber Human Initiative is creating a paradigm shift to get leaders to focus on NIST NICE practical knowledge vs the traditional college degree and certification demands. President Bidens administration launched an initiative deemed the Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Sprint to entice companies to create and promote apprenticeships however, some companies do not have the financial means to do so.
For this we ask any company or organization who would still like to impact this sprint to join us, build your own teams, and show the world that we can run this shortage to the ground.
