Runners tend to choose a half to a full size larger for their running shoes - this should not be the case for our PR SOLES Recovery Flip Flops. For the best fit, we recommend that you measure your foot and compare that number to the foot bed length in the size chart. Choose the size corresponding to the foot bed length that is slightly longer than your foot.

Loved my first pair.I recently ordered 5 pairs of the recovery sandals. I bought a pair about a year ago and loved them. This time they are for gifts and I’m disappointed. The one blue pair is suppose to be a Med/woman’s and they are as big as the brown ones that are Men’s Large. The medium blue ones also have a spot On them. They are Christmas gifts and I really don’t want to give the blue ones with the spot. I’ve ordered from goneforarun in the past and have been very happy but this purchase is disappointing.

These are my go to flip flops after a run/raceThese are my second pair of PR Soles. I love them so much! I've worn them after races around theme parks so my legs and feet wouldn't be sore throughout the day.
