GoneForaRun Healthy Grain-free Pumpkin Muffins
- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup of organic raisins
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Combine all of the ingredients (except the raisins) and mix until smooth. Add raisins and stir in well.
- Fill baking cups in muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F (centers should be firm)
- Cool the muffins for 15 minutes and enjoy!
